hi again! jus posting bout last sat, 13/9/08. our sch had it's vry own mooncake festival celebration! c00l right? (: i reached sch lik 5.50 ++<>. ok, lik i was terribly late cos we were supposed to reach @ 5.30pm so i dashed my way thru the crowds n made my way to the sch hall whr EVERYBODY was seated! ok.. almost everybody. but 'heng!' they heven started yet cos onli start @ 6 mar. nxt we sung the school song n at 1st we sung quite loudly but the sound soon soften down a lil' (: then we watched the performance by CHINESE ORCHESTRA!! nicee.. they performed 2 songs, 青花瓷by JAY CHOU n another song (i 4got name). but personally, i preferred 清花瓷 more cos i heard it b4. nxt, aftr performances by our sch's vry own CLDDS, gu zheng club and last but not least, the alumni choir, we were released. BUT the fun did not stop!! most of the students went into the parade sq. whr they played with lanterns n light sticks(!!) ( my fren was craving bout the traditional paper lanterns but hey! i was filled with admiration aftr looking @ all the light sticks dangling from sch mates bags and wrists ( i guess i'm nt so into lanterns anymore ). ok, i did not hve tis fun but i represented my class by playing treasure hunt. we were 2nd!! while waiting 4 all the other grps to return, my grp members n i went to the art gallery whr my classmates n frens were doin a calligraphy demonstration !! (lik pr0s right? -- sitting in front of the tables and writting calligraphy words on paper) i asked my fren to help me write my chi name on a piece of paper n she helped me write it. aftr recieving the prize ( titbits n highlighters) my fren n i went to KFC 4 LATE dinner n while tokin, i laughed till i cried (well tat's quite typical actually -- i jus get so 激动n i cry). hope we were nt attracting the wrong attension anyway-- this woman nxt to us kept looking @ us ^^ 也许我笑得太疯了吧! ok, n we ate n toked n then took lrt bak, laughin lik mad women on the way... (typical of miie but not her ^^)
